Springfield Strength & Conditioning is a high performance training facility designed specifically for individuals seeking to make a serious commitment to improving their health and wellness by becoming stronger, fitter, and overall, more resilient.

Our specialty is creating individualized programs, and delivering them to our clients in a semi-private environment, creating the perfect balance of individualization and community.

"I began working as a trainer in 2011, and was running my own training business by 2012. After spending 6 years working alone with individuals in a 1-on-1 environment, I decided that I was ready to pursue bigger dreams by opening this facility, building a team, and ultimately helping more people than I ever could have by myself. This is my passion, and I want to share that with as many people as possible, without losing the value of working with individuals in a private setting."

"I became a Level-1 CrossFit Trainer in November 2013 after shadowing at a local CrossFit gym for 6 months. In 2014, I changed career paths, returning to Missouri State University in order to pursue my Bachelor's in Exercise and Movement Science. During my undergrad, I discovered my true passion and calling while interning with the Missouri State Strength & Conditioning Staff. My goal is to continue to learn, and share my knowledge with others"

"My enthusiasm for strength training began while I was in high school, but soon blossomed into a passion during my collegiate years. I received a Bachelor's in Exercise and Movement Science from Missouri State University in the Spring of 2018 before quickly enrolling again. While pursuing my Master's degree, I landed an internship at Springfield Strength & Conditioning, and I've truly found a home here. I take pride in the energy I bring every day, and it is my mission to use it to empower those around me." #RespectTheHype
