-As a track athlete for over 10 years, one of my biggest accomplishments is being the 2023 indoor 200 meter GLVC conference champion, winning with a national qualifyingtime of 24.24.

- Two of my top personal bests in lifting are a back squat achievement of 295 lbs and a power clean milestone of 160lbs.


-I will graduate from Drury University with a minor in Exercise Physiology, and a certificate in Sports Leadership.

About Coach

Having grown up immersed in athletics, my passion for training has been a constant companion. While I engaged in various sports like soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track, it was on the track where my true calling was discovered. Currently, I'm pursuing my athletic endeavors as a division II collegiate track athlete at Drury University. I went to Drury to pursue a degree in elementary education, but also picked up a minor in Exercise Physiology and a certificate in Sports Leadership. This is how I had the opportunity to do an internship with Springfield Strength and Conditioning, and quickly discovered this is where I want to be and what I want to pursue as a career.

Turning Point

In 2023, I experienced a hamstring tear that sidelined me from training and competition. Throughout this extended recovery period, my training options were severely restricted. Mentally, I faced significant challenges, but fortunately, I had the support of coaches and other individuals who encouraged me. Their unwavering support motivated me to return to training and pursue my goals after the injury. This experience served as a pivotal moment for me. It solidified my determination to become a coach and trainer, inspired by the desire to assist others who may encounter similar obstacles in their fitness journey. I am driven to support individuals facing barriers and help them achieve their fitness aspirations, just as I was supported during my own recovery process.

Motivation & Passion

My motivation lies in inspiring others to embrace healthier lifestyles and reach their fitness objectives. Guiding individuals toward both physical and mental growth brings me genuine satisfaction. Additionally, I am deeply passionate about speed training, investing myself fully in sharing my wealth of knowledge and experience. It brings me great joy to support others in uncovering their speed potential, offering customized guidance and encouragement to help them succeed in their athletic endeavors.
