About Coach

Exercise has always been a huge component of my life. I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years, then went on to play golf and do CrossFit. Since working with Dylan starting in 2018, I’ve found a lot of enjoyment in body building, olympic weightlifting, and focusing on my health in general. One of my favorite ways to get movement in is walking with my dog Millie. I work full time as an Economist, and I love my job :)

Turning Point

Finding Dylan to have as my personal trainer. I went to him with hopes of overcoming a neck injury so that I could do CrossFit again. I was also feeling a bit lost in life, between losing the ability to do the thing that made me feel like myself (CF), no longer living with my family, and having little to no free time being in college/working. When everything else felt out of control, I knew I could rely on him to show up for me. As time went on, he showed me the light so to speak. Be consistent, keep it simple, and work hard. As time went on, my mindset around exercise and food completely shifted, and I found myself living a much more balanced and healthy life. People around me started to ask if I could help them with their health goals, and I finally took action (with Dylan’s help) and to my CPT so that I could say yes. Almost 6 years after meeting Dylan, I am happy to pay all that I’ve learned forward.

Motivation & Passion

I love helping people reach their goals and being the person they can turn to for support. I love connecting with people. I believe there are a lot of misunderstandings around health that prevent people from pursuing a healthy life, and I am motivated to change that narrative for people. I want to share how the habits I’ve created in the gym have changed my life outside the gym.
